Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Estimated delivery times begin after the processing window.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us using the info below.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately at thesneakergalleriallc@gmail.com or call 909-728-9453. We will open a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The Galleria Montclair is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier office and reach out to us so we can assist.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
